-Theft of property from 235 Colonial Promenade Parkway. Stolen were a Kobalt 12-millimeter wrench valued at $20.97, a Kobalt 10-millimeter wrench valued at $19.47 and a Kobalt 13-millimeter wrench valued at $16.97.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Stoney Trail.

-Runaway juvenile from the 600 block of Tremoor Lake Circle.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

June 1

-Open door from address unlisted.

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Smokey Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 117 Big Oak Drive (restaurant). Confiscated were heroin and a straw with residue.

-Information only from the 700 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Butler Road (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the Internet (other, unknown).

-Property damage from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2008 Honda Civic in the amount of $1,000.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Shiraz Street (residence, home). Damaged was a white steel mailbox in the amount of $300.

-Open door from South Colonial Drive (bank).

-Domestic incident from the parking lot of Hunan (parking lot, garage).

June 2

-Noise complaint from the 300 block of Dale Drive (residence, home).

-Abandoned vehicle from Copperhead Drive (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic incident and recovery of stolen property from 108 Chandalar Drive (residence, home). Recovered was a Smith and Wesson .38-special revolver valued at $300.

-Information only from the 1300 block of Brown Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (department store). Stolen were a Bahama air freshener valued at $3 and a package containing two Rayovac lights valued at $5.50.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket).

-Assault and minor in consumption from address unlisted (department store).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home).

-Found property from the 800 block of Third Street Southwest (other, unknown). Recovered were $8,500 in U.S. currency and $4 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Autumn Circle (residence, home). Stolen was $204 in U.S. currency.

-Animal complaint from the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence investigation from County Road 11 at Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Buick LeSabre in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic violence investigation – harassment from the Waffle House (restaurant). Confiscated were a marijuana tool valued at $5, a pill bottle containing marijuana residue valued at $1, a one hitter pipe valued at $5, a lighter valued at $1 and a zip kit bag valued at $10.

-Information only – fight from Warrior Drive (other, unknown).

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home). Damaged were 14 windows in the amount of $800.

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 100 block of Douglas Drive (residence, home). Damaged were a rear entry door in the amount of $250 and a sheetrock wall in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $20, a driver’s license valued at $1, a Wells Fargo debit and credit card valued at $1 and ATM withdrawals valued at $242.25.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was the rear passenger side back window of a 2005 Toyota Sequoia in the amount of $300.

-Found property from CityFest (other, unknown). Recovered were two eyeglasses valued at $20 and a Boost Mobile Motorolla phone valued at $25.

-Found property from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Recovered was a brown leather wallet valued at $20 and $85 in U.S. currency.

 

June 3

-Information only from Alabaster Gardens (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Autumn Circle (residence, home). Stolen were various denominations of bills totaling $470 and a ladies wallet valued at $5.

-Domestic incident from the 1000 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 700 block of First Street North (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Dodge Caravan in the amount of $500.

-Information from the 2000 block of King Charles Court (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (other, unknown).

-Theft of services from the Peavine Mobile Home Park (residence, home). Stolen was electricity.

-Harassment from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (other, unknown).

-Information only from the Publix parking lot (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Nolen Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Nintendo DS valued at $189, a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper valued at $150, miscellaneous adult clothing valued at $200 and miscellaneous children’s clothing valued at $100.

-Harassment and harassing communications from the 200 block of Summerhill Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was an iPod touch valued at $200.

-Domestic incident from the 600 block of Old Towne Lane (residence, home).

-Information from County Road 44 at First Street Southwest (highway, street).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3000 block of Grande View Cove (residence, home). Stolen were three charges totaling $1,662.98.

-Theft of property from 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway suite 2100 (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were Polo Ralph Lauren shirts valued at $239.79, Ralph Lauren polo shirts valued at $239.79 and a pair of Levi pants valued at $27.24.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was a black Phillips DVD player valued at $57.88.

-Identity theft from the 1000 block of Independence Circle (restaurant).

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Kentwood Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Fifth Court Southeast (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest (government, public building). Damaged was a mirror in the amount of $200 and two metal garbage cans in the amount of $100 each.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a Polo vest valued at $79.50.

-Theft of property from Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a camouflage wallet, $124 in U.S. currency, an Alabama driver’s license, a Wells Fargo debit card, Nike Shocks shoes valued at $139 and a convicted felon identification card.

-Theft of property from Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a hot pink wallet valued at $5, an EBT food stamp card, an identification card and a cell phone valued at $150.

-Violation of leash law from the Alabaster Walmart parking lot (parking lot, garage).

-Harassing communications from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Information from the 100 block of Grand Club Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a front bumper of a 1995 Honda Prelude in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of First Avenue North (restaurant). Stolen were a dark blue ladies purse valued at $30, a ladies wallet valued at $10, a credit card with BBVA Compass Bank, an Alabama driver’s license, prescription pill bottles with medication, a plastic pill divider and $540 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument from Alabaster (bank).

-Theft of property from the Food Depot parking lot on Highway 31 (commercial). Stolen were a ladies orange and pink wallet valued at $15, $15 in cash, a Regions debit card and a Genghis Girl gift card valued at $15.

-Domestic incident from the 900 block of Keystone mobile home park (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass from Highway 17 (residence, home).

-Information only from the 100 block of 11th Place Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were fudge brownies valued at $1.70, Kit Kat bars valued at $7.88, beef oxtails valued at $29.86, an 18 pack of Budweisers valued at $13.97, Mr. Goodbars valued at $7.88, Kool Aid Jammers valued at $3.56 and bacon valued at $6.48.

June 6

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Airpark Court (commercial). Stolen were a Chevrolet 2010 Silverado valued at $37,000 and materials to build a 20-by-30-foot metal building valued at $6,000 and damaged was a chain link gate and fence in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Confiscated were a glass crack pipe and a metal push rod.

-Recovery of stolen property from Highway 119 at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama tag valued at $100.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home). Damaged were two tires in the amount of $200 and back glass valued at $600.

-Theft of property from Spain Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy phone valued at $180, an Apple iPod valued at $200, an RF signal transmitter valued at $15 and a Maxair inhaler valued at $10.

-Information only – civil dispute from Highway 119.

-Information only from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Full Moon Barbecue (restaurant). Recovered were two insulin needles.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Full Moon Barbecue (restaurant). Confiscated were insulin needles, cocaine, marijuana, various marijuana smoking tools and a spoon used to ingest narcotics.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Trafficking in illegal drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 800 block of Highway 31 South (service, gas station). Confiscated were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, Oxy 80 mg, generic valium, Ecstacy purple transformers, 316.5 grams of marijuana and ibuprofen 800 mg.

-Welfare check from Longhorn Steakhouse (restaurant).

 

June 7

-Negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument from the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Ninth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Information only from Industrial Road at County Road 95 (highway, street).

-Damage to property from the Belk parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevy Tahoe in the amount of $1,000.

-Damage to property from 218 Second Street Southwest (other, unknown). Damaged was the hood of a 1999 Ford Escort in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Buck Creek Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Galaxy S 4G Reflex valued at $250.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1200 block of First Street North (highway, street). Confiscated was methadone valued at $40.
