-Driving under the influence investigation from County Road 11 at Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Buick LeSabre in the amount of $2,000.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic violence investigation – harassment from the Waffle House (restaurant). Confiscated were a marijuana tool valued at $5, a pill bottle containing marijuana residue valued at $1, a one hitter pipe valued at $5, a lighter valued at $1 and a zip kit bag valued at $10.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home). Damaged were 14 windows in the amount of $800.
-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 100 block of Douglas Drive (residence, home). Damaged were a rear entry door in the amount of $250 and a sheetrock wall in the amount of $100.
-Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $20, a driver’s license valued at $1, a Wells Fargo debit and credit card valued at $1 and ATM withdrawals valued at $242.25.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was the rear passenger side back window of a 2005 Toyota Sequoia in the amount of $300.
-Found property from CityFest (other, unknown). Recovered were two eyeglasses valued at $20 and a Boost Mobile Motorolla phone valued at $25.
-Found property from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Recovered was a brown leather wallet valued at $20 and $85 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from the 700 block of First Street North (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Dodge Caravan in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a camouflage wallet, $124 in U.S. currency, an Alabama driver’s license, a Wells Fargo debit card, Nike Shocks shoes valued at $139 and a convicted felon identification card.
-Theft of property from Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a hot pink wallet valued at $5, an EBT food stamp card, an identification card and a cell phone valued at $150.
-Violation of leash law from the Alabaster Walmart parking lot (parking lot, garage).
-Harassing communications from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).
-Information from the 100 block of Grand Club Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a front bumper of a 1995 Honda Prelude in the amount of $300.
-Theft of property from the 1300 block of First Avenue North (restaurant). Stolen were a dark blue ladies purse valued at $30, a ladies wallet valued at $10, a credit card with BBVA Compass Bank, an Alabama driver’s license, prescription pill bottles with medication, a plastic pill divider and $540 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the Food Depot parking lot on Highway 31 (commercial). Stolen were a ladies orange and pink wallet valued at $15, $15 in cash, a Regions debit card and a Genghis Girl gift card valued at $15.

Stolen and recovered were fudge brownies valued at $1.70, Kit Kat bars valued at $7.88, beef oxtails valued at $29.86, an 18 pack of Budweisers valued at $13.97, Mr. Goodbars valued at $7.88, Kool Aid Jammers valued at $3.56 and bacon valued at $6.48.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Airpark Court (commercial). Stolen were a Chevrolet 2010 Silverado valued at $37,000 and materials to build a 20-by-30-foot metal building valued at $6,000 and damaged was a chain link gate and fence in the amount of $2,000.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Confiscated were a glass crack pipe and a metal push rod.
-Recovery of stolen property from Highway 119 at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama tag valued at $100.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home). Damaged were two tires in the amount of $200 and back glass valued at $600.
-Theft of property from Spain Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy phone valued at $180, an Apple iPod valued at $200, an RF signal transmitter valued at $15 and a Maxair inhaler valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Full Moon Barbecue (restaurant). Confiscated were insulin needles, cocaine, marijuana, various marijuana smoking tools and a spoon used to ingest narcotics.
-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown).
-Trafficking in illegal drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 800 block of Highway 31 South (service, gas station). Confiscated were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, Oxy 80 mg, generic valium, Ecstacy purple transformers, 316.5 grams of marijuana and ibuprofen 800 mg.
