July 5

-Information only from the 100 block of Parliament Road (residence, home).

-Menacing and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit from the 100 block of Hilltop Drive (residence, home). Confiscated was a Rohm RG-10 .22-caliber revolver valued at $50.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassing communications from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Receiving stolen property from 100 City Park Lane (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 900 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Information only from the 1200 block of Elm Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 31 at Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated were clonazepam valued at $5, syringes valued at $5 and a $1 bill with heroin residue.

-Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance from the 1000 block of First Street North (commercial).

-Theft of property from Interstate 65 at the 238 mile marker (highway, street). Stolen was a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen was $100 in cash.

-Selling alcohol to a minor from the 7000 block of Highway 119 (convenience store). Confiscated was Miller Lite beer valued at $11.98.

-Animal complaint from Applegate Lane (highway, street).

-Information only from the Helena Jurisdiction (department store).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Timber Ridge Circle (residence, home).

July 6

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were two car batteries valued at $226.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Chandler Lane (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Glock Model 23 .40-caliber pistol valued at $450.

-Criminal mischief from the 2800 block of Smokey Road (school, college). Damaged was a car window in the amount of $300.

 

July 7

-Domestic incident and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Anchor Circle (residence, home).

-Assault from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (bar).

-Animal complaint from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (residence, home).

-Forgery from Windsor Court (residence, home). Forged were Wells Fargo checks valued at $400.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassing communication from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a wedding band set valued at $1,200, a white gold Moiss Bamboo valued at $1,174 and a Sony camcorder valued at $300. -

Dogs prohibited at large from the 600 block of Ninth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Information only from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (restaurant).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (service, gas station). Forged was a South Carolina driver’s license.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was a baby monitor valued at $34.24.

 

July 8

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of 13th Place Southwest (residence, home).

-Damage to city property from Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1000 block of Jim’s Place (residence, home). Stolen were $60 cash and a Garmin 1490 GPS valued at $120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the South Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $20, an Apple iPod 120 valued at $200, $4 in U.S. currency, a Master card, two debit cards, a savings account card, two Social Security cards and two books of checks.

-Animal complaint from Rite Aid (drug store). Recovered was a golden retriever.

-Information only from Municipal Park (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 200 block of Kensington Lane (residence, home).

-Noise complaint from the 100 block of Maylene Lane (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (residence, home). Confiscated was a black cat.

 

July 9

-Animal complaint – dog running at large from Heather Lane (highway, street).

-Runaway juvenile – recovered juvenile from the 1000 block of Grand View Pass (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence and assault from County Road 26 at Mellow Drive (highway, street). Damaged were a Ford Explorer in the amount of $7,000, a Toyota Corolla in the amount of $3,000 and a Ford F-250 in the amount of $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1300 block of Simmsville Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen were welding leads valued at $1,000, jumper cable valued at $150 and air hose valued at $50.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassing communication from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 9600 block of Highway 17 (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 320 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were junior’s clothing valued at $16.99, junior’s clothing valued at $12.99, junior’s clothing valued at $9.99, junior’s clothing valued at $9.99, junior’s clothing valued at $10 and junior’s clothing valued at $10.

-Information only from the intersection of Highway 31 and Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Stolen were eight six-volt deep cycle batteries valued at $800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Grande View Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a .38-caliber revolver valued at $500 and a black Nintendo DS valued at $199.99.

-Open door from the 1300 block of Kent Dairy Road (other, unknown).

 

July 10

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 600 block of Park Forest Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Glock Model 22 .40-caliber pistol valued at $559, a Boker auto knife valued at $250 and a Surefire flashlight valued at $150.

-Abandoned vehicle from the 800 block of Navajo Trail (highway, street).

-Damage to property – weather related from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was a double exterior metal door and casing in the amount of $3,000 and 100 1-square-yard carpet squares in the amount of $500.

-Damage to property from Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial drive (specialty store). Stolen were Beats Studio headphones valued at $299.99.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 600 block of Fulton Springs Road (residence, home).

-Harassment from the South Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 700 block of Fulton Springs Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen was $9,500 in U.S. currency.

-Information only from Fran Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were DVD movies valued at $49.84 and health and beauty products valued at $77.98.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Park Village Court (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Forest Parkway (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were shorts valued at $21.99, a skirt valued at $24.99, a shirt valued at $33.99 and a skirt valued at $14.39.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 201 First Street North (government, public building). Confiscated were marijuana and a marijuana pipe.

 

July 12

-Theft of property and criminal littering from the 1100 block of Henry Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two campaign signs – Frings valued at $6.82 and a campaign sign – Handlon valued at $3.41.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 300 block of 12th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were two Discover and Chase credit cards, U.S. currency, multiple compact discs.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 900 block of Fifth Court Northwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Chrysler Town and Country van valued at $12,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 900 block of Second Avenue Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was $150 cash.

-Juvenile runaway from Seams Way (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Information from the 1100 block of First Street North (restaurant).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 900 block of Fifth Court Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was $10 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were assorted used tires valued at $200.

-Information only from the 100 block of Morning Mist Trail (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 90 block of Fifth Court Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was $30 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 8000 block of Highway 119 (service, gas station). Forged was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Domestic dispute from the 300 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).

-Domestic dispute from the 1700 block of Tahiti Lane (residence, home).

-Carrying a pistol without a permit and unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from the 300 block of Chestnut lane (highway, street). Confiscated were a Sig Sauer P239 9-millimeter handgun, plant material laced with synthetic cannabionid and an improvised smoking device.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Fulton Springs Road (residence, home). Damaged was a brick encased mailbox in the amount of $2,500.

-Open door and found property from Weatherly Club Drive (restaurant). Recovered was a key.

-Information only from the 200 block of Lake Forest Way (residence, home).

-Information only from 1625 Kent Dairy Road (church). Recovered was a bone.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from Thompson Intermediate School (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Mayor Frings campaign sign valued at $4 and two Marty for Mayor signs valued at $8.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from an unknown location (other, unknown). Stolen were two transactions valued at $85.75.

 

July 13

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of 13th Place Southwest (residence, home).

-Lost property from Alabaster (highway, street). Reported missing was a passport.

-Harassment from Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Open door from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).

 

July 14

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Park Place Circle (residence, home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 31 at County Road 68 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Dodge Avenger in the amount of $2,500.

-Information only from the 200 block of Park Village Circle (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana valued at $15, marijuana inside a joint valued at $5, a pack of Job rolling papers valued at $5 and a marijuana grinder valued at $15.

 

July 15

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – assault from the 700 block of Goldwire place (residence, home).

-Obstructing justice by using a false identity from the 300 block of First Street North (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the Alabaster CVS (drug store). Recovered were four written prescriptions and 10 bottles of medication.

-Information only – lost property from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane (residence, home). Reported was an ID card, an appointment book and $17 in U.S. currency.

-Noise complaint – barking dog from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

 

July 16

-Attempted suicide from King Charles Way (residence, home).
