The following ratings were given to food service establishments by the Shelby County Health Department from Jan. 11-15:
-Quick Shop No. 2, 1565 Simmsville Road, Alabaster - 94.
-Firehouse Subs, 100 South Colonial Drive, Suite 1200, Alabaster - 95.
-Target No. 2276 - Food Avenue, 250 South Colonial Drive, Alabaster - 99.
-Target No. 2276 - Starbucks, 250 South Colonial Drive, Alabaster - 99.
