Kingwood softball downs Tuscaloosa Academy

The Kingwood Christian School softball team defeated Tuscaloosa Academy 2-0 in high school softball action March 4.
Whitney Gillespie struck out 10 batters with two walks in a two-hit complete-game shutout.
Blair Holsombeck and Madeline Lee finished with an RBI each for the Lions, who improved to 2-0 overall.
